The combat in Numen is not simply to pursue the button for the most powerful spells as quickly as possible. Of course there are spells and abilities which the player will use more frequently than others (for example, the good old Fireball). But in the game, many abilities can be used only under certain circumstances.

If you are to attack a magic ice monster, who has blood boiling in his veins, it will lead to a truly devastating effect.

And if a few more of your enemies are next, it is a good idea to cast a spell on them on the highest level affecting several targets. Or, to impose a curse on the monsters and watch as it applies to the others.

Knowing the weaknesses of the monsters and what weapons can cause the greatest damage to them may define the outcome of the battle. Of course, we want the battle in Numen to be a pleasure for all of the players, but those who learn to adapt, will appreciate the results of their effort ”.
