Among the Disciples III factions, humans are considered to be the most controversial and versatile race in Nevendaar. Created by Bethrezen, they were renounced from their origins and wholeheartedly committed themselves to the service of the Great Father.

People face no competition in the art of healing magic of light and air. In fact, as a militarized church, the race is traditionally strong in the fight against the creatures of the inferno. For example, inquisitors and witch hunters are generally immune to dark magic. Human priests, with their fanatical devotion to their God, can resurrect their fallen colleagues right on the battlefield.

Lambert is a hero and a soldier, with whom a gamer will have to live with during his imperial campaign. Lambert starts the game with the task of finding a star that fell somewhere on the outskirts of the Empire. Later he protects Innoel, the Envoy of the God in her mission. Though, initially, he does not fully understand her goals and her brutal actions, at the very end, he becomes aware that not only the Empire but all Nevendaar is in danger and must be protected.
